The start of a new way of life for Ann and the opportunity to try a bit more on the road bike with Cornwall CTC.  Hoping this blog might be helpful to other would be cyclists who, like Ann,  have a lot to find out about what is involved in making the most of their bicycles on the roads and lanes of Devon and Cornwall.

Cornwall CTC is a branch of the Cycle Touring Club (more realistically known as Coffee Tea and Cake) which aims to make cycling an adventure in exploration with a bit of an emphasis on the views and the café stops rather than speed.  The group caters for all abilities with a women’s beginners group (Liskeard Ladies); a Wednesday evening pub ride (15 to 25 miles); and a longer ride on alternate Sundays (Lynher Velo).  If you would like to know more, do please contact me on ann.kinahan@hotmail.co.uk or David Byfield on david99724@gmail.com.  We are always delighted to welcome new participants.
