Wednesday 31st August, 2016 – Fearless five fall foul of first hedge trimmings en route to Copley Arms at Hessenford

Could have been the perfect Wednesday evening ride this 16 mile route down to Hessenford and back – BUT FOR the hedge trimmings at Bake and Neil’s puncture.  A big warning to all cyclists to watch out for this for the next few weeks.  Anyway, once we finally made it to the Copley Arms it was great to meet up with Dave and Mary – sadly, Dave still has a few more weeks of exercise on his knee before he is back in the saddle with us but he is making good progress.  Then that lovely ride back along the valley to Castle Motors and finally, back along a very quiet A38 to Liskeard.
